Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Security seals, shrink wrap and product stickers must be intact.

Items that cannot be returned

• Goods that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• Software, memory cards and other media once the seal is broken.
• Special-order, pre-order and custom-ordered items.
• Items sold as clearance, ex-display or marked “no return”.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the Contact Us page or your nearest store, quoting your order number.
2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange the return.
3. Bring or send the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty on arrival, contact us immediately. Faulty items are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help you with the warranty claim.
