Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse, usually within one business day of payment confirmation.

Delivery options

• Home delivery — 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Store pickup — collect from any of our three retail stores, normally ready within one business day. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Delivery charges

Home delivery carries a flat fee per order. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in your cart are delivered free of charge. Store pickup is always free.

Tracking your order

You can check the progress of any order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and the email address you ordered with. Registered customers can also see full history under My Orders.

Restricted items

Some items (for example lithium batteries shipped by air, or bulky tripods) may have restricted delivery options. Where this applies it is noted on the product page and at checkout.
